I've been married to my husband, Jon, also a teacher, since 2008. We have two awesome daughters, Hailey (3) and Madelyn (3 months). We also share our home with two crazy pugs, Odie and Petey.
I earned my undergraduate degree (dual certification in elementary education and special education) from UW-Oshkosh in January of 2006 and have been teaching in Menasha ever since. My current teaching position is integrated kindergarten where I get to share my day with 15 fun loving kinderbeaners! It's not an easy job, but I wouldn't trade it for the world!
I am currently pursuing a master's degree in Reading Education (also from UW-Oshkosh) and will graduate this spring.
School and work keep me pretty busy, but when I get a chance to have some free time I love to hang with my family, visit my parents and in-laws, read, watch movies, and nap! :)
I enjoy reading other's blogs and have just started to explore creating my own!
